All conference rooms are booked through the Park Ave App! If you do not have the BetterSpaces App downloaded on your phone yet, GET IT HERE. Any booking questions or tech app issues, please contact email@example.com
HOW TO BOOK A Conference ROOM

Log in to the Park Ave BetterSpaces App (If you don't have the app GET IT HERE.)
Click "Rooms" (Circled in red in the screenshot).
Select Date from the dropdown calendar.
Leave the time slot "any" so you can easily see all availability that day.
Tap on the Conference room of your choice
Tap the time slot(s) you'd like to book, keep tapping to book the room for a larger block of time.
Scroll down, and click BOOK
You'll see a blue confirmation screen.
Hit the X to exit.
Before exiting, you can add the meeting to your calendar or invite guests, or use your usual method for sharing meeting info with your team, via Microsoft Outlook, etc. outside the app. All your confirmed bookings will appear at the top of your home screen on the Park Ave BetterSpaces app when you log in.
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING
If your plans change and you are no longer planning to use the room, visit your home screen of the Park Ave BetterSpaces App and find your booking at the top. Tap it. Now tap the timeslot highlighted in blue (or one of your timeslots, if you booked for multiple hours). You'll see a pop-up appear with a "Cancel Reservation" button. Tap cancel. You'll be asked to confirm your choice. And see a confirmation when the room is released from booking. Press the X to exit.
