COMMUNICATION ON CAMPUS

A How-to Guide to Communication and Marketing for Events & Services On Campus

One of the many benefits of campus life is sharing your events and services with other campus tenants. There are several different ways to market your events and services to others on the Park Avenue at Morris County Campus, and we are happy to offer the following ways to build your thriving business.

  • Campus Weekly Emails/Monthly Newsletter

  • Facebook Page Posts

  • Host Events

  • Set Up a Lobby Table

  • Join a Tenant Council Meeting or Concierge Walkabout

1. CAMPUS EMAILS

THE OPPORTUNITY Advertise your upcoming in weekly emails or the monthly newsletter. Or Submit an advertisement for a special service promotion.

ABOUT OUR EMAILS

We have three email types:

  • Monday "What's up on campus" - A look ahead to campus events that week.

  • Wednesday "Fun!" - Reserved for our VIP parking contests and other raffles, giveaways, and challenges.

  • Friday "What's up the Week End" - Reminders of things to come + community events and outreach

  • Monthly Newsletter - Monthly Events at a Glance delivered on (or near) the 1st of every month.

MONTHLY SUBMISSION DEADLINES

* If you would like to run a raffle, giveaway, contest, or challenge please submit your ideas by the 3rd Friday of the previous month. We plan our giveaways when we plan the following month's events and we need to do so in advance because there are only a limited # of Wednesdays each month to get our VIP parking and other contests completed.

** The first draft of our newsletter is complete by the 3rd Friday of the month prior and is finalized over the next week. We suggest that all content be delivered submitted by the 3rd Friday of the month for inclusion in the next newsletter.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Submit your event details via the ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM

  • We encourage you to attach an 8.5x11 flyer to your submission.
